At Cory Cove, we provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We offer sessions in-person at the office, or via a HIPAA-compliant virtual telehealth platform. Offered both online as well as in-person, our practitioners are skilled at providing both couples and marriage counseling services. SMART is an innovative mental health therapy for complexly traumatized children and adolescents for whom regulation of emotional, behavioral and interpersonal life is a primary problem. SMART utilizes an array of therapeutic equipment, such as weighted blankets, balance beams, fitness balls, and large cushions, and shared play to support children’s natural ways of regulating their bodies and their emotions, facilitate attachment-building and allow for embodied processing of traumatic experiences.
*all SMART sessions are required to be in the office
